Membership Application
Complete the form below to apply for membership.
Upon receipt of the application, you will be contacted by our membership committee. After meeting with you informally, one or more sponsors will sign your application which will then be sent to the Board of Directors that meets once a month. Payment of dues will take place after your application has been approved. It is a simple process but one which our bylaws require.
