Rooms are rented in 6-hour increments.
Early move-in/access is charged at 25% of room rental fee for no more than 2-hour access.
Groups using 2 ½ hours or less of their 6- hour time may rent the room at 50% room rental; all deposits still apply.
Payment is accepted with Cash, Credit/Debit or Venmo. Checks are not accepted. *a 4% fee is added to credit card payments.
Payment of the Deposit must be paid the day the contract is signed. The room rental must be paid in full before you are allowed access to your room on the rental date.
Payment for any other fees incurred, linens, tableware, chairs, and tables must be paid before you are allowed access to your room on the rental date.
